Our medically managed detox is designed for those with alcohol or opiate dependency, following strict NICE guidelines to ensure your safety and comfort. Our team of experienced Nurses create a tailored treatment plan while our trained staff monitor you closely using recognized withdrawal assessments and vital signs monitoring.
Within 48-72 hours, most patients stabilise and start feeling better very quickly. Detox typically lasts from 7-10 days for alcohol, and 14-21 days for opiates, depending on your level of dependency.

We offer detox programmes starting at 7 days, with a full rehab programme being three months. We recommend, where possible that clients stay with us for 28 days, to get the maximum benefits of treatment.
All programmes include a full medical assessment by a Doctor. Psychiatric evaluation is also available where required.
